SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS SHEETS
Based on your catering specifications and cabin procedures, we can supply service instructions sheets to accompany your printed menus. These sheets are developed specifically for each client to reflect their individual in-flight catering training and procedures, providing cabin personnel with knowledge of each item, its preparation, cooking time and presentation method.
